The Parent Teachers Association (PTA) is a formal organization composed of parents and school’s officials with the aim of enhancing the educational experience of every child in school. The PTA makes an outstanding contribution to the development of the school. It supports the school and identify the place of improvements for us. Many school events are scheduled to foster a sense of community among parents, teachers, students, and administrators.

Parent Teacher Conference

Regular meetings of PTC are held throughout the year as scheduled on the calendar. These are student free days and begin at 8:00 a.m., finish at 1:30 p.m. Teacher will discuss the progress of student with their parents. It also allows you to showcase your learning environment and give the parents the opportunity to address any concerns they may have had throughout the quarter. A register of attendees is kept and parents book appointments to meet teachers. Twice a year by the end of 1st and 3rd quarter. Staff are to have samples of work for each student on hand as well as mark books, attendance register books, texts and any other resource that assists in the discussion. The classrooms should be presented at their best and student work must be on display.
